This past February, different fairs were held in relation to the world of Art in Madrid. Among them the most famous, ARCO, followed by JustMAD, ART Madrid, Drawing and Urvanity.<\/p>\n

URVANITY<\/strong><\/h4>\n

On the occasion of the art week in Madrid, the second edition of URVANITY was launched, a fair dedicated to New Contemporary Art. In this second edition, works that started from graffiti to comics were collected. Not only had exhibitions but also, in parallel activities such as solidarity auctions, talks and interventions on walls.<\/p>\n

JustMAD<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This February 2019 the fair JustMAD has celebrated its tenth anniversary. Organizing it this year in the Neptune Palace. This fair counted with more than 50 exhibitions that bet on supporting young art. On this occasion, our firm participated in this event, showing our kimonos and representing Papartus, an artist with a great professional career who has reappeared in the artistic scene.<\/p>\n

ARCO<\/strong><\/h4>\n

ARCO is the International Contemporary Art Fair, which was exhibited on the weekend of March 1 to 3 at IFEMA. The event counted with more than 100,000 visitors, of which only 35,000 were professional visits. This year the fair revolved around the presence of Peru as a guest country. In total, 16 exhibitions were held with around 120 artists who expressed their artistic vision of this country. Also, the direction of ARCO has changed this year, Carlos Urroz, the director has work jointly with Maribel Lopez Zambrana, that is gonna be the next director of the fair.<\/p>\n
